Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Qiflow website and web application (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
1. General
By accessing or using Qiflow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Service before the changes take effect where required by law.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Qiflow. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Use
You may register using email OTP or another sign-in method that we make available. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to reclaim inactive accounts after providing prior notice.
4. Service Description and Disclaimer
Qiflow provides compatibility analysis, Five Elements energy readings, daily guidance, 27-mansion compatibility, and an AI Energy Guide.
Important: All content is provided for personal reflection and entertainment only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made in reliance on content provided by this app.
5. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments
Qiflow offers an auto-renewing "Premium" membership and consumable "Credits" through the Service. The price, currency, billing interval, included benefits, and any applicable taxes are shown before you approve a purchase.
Payment processing. Purchases are processed by PayPal. PayPal handles your PayPal account, card, bank, and other funding details under its own user agreement and privacy statement. We do not receive or store your complete payment credentials. We receive transaction information needed to fulfil and support your purchase, such as your PayPal payer identifier, name or email made available by PayPal, order or subscription identifier, amount, currency, and payment status. By approving a purchase, you also agree to PayPal's applicable terms.
Memberships (auto-renewing).
- When you approve a membership, you authorize recurring PayPal payments at the price and billing interval displayed at checkout until canceled.
- You may cancel future renewals in your PayPal automatic-payment settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancel before the next scheduled charge to avoid the next renewal.
- Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless a refund or applicable law requires otherwise, Premium access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- If a renewal payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or end the associated Premium access.
Credits.
- Credits are a prepaid virtual item used to access certain Qiflow features (e.g. AI chat, compatibility and fortune reports). They have no cash value, are not money or a stored-value instrument, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.
- Credits are usable only within Qiflow and do not expire while your account remains active. Unused Credits may be forfeited if your account is terminated for a material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
- Except where a refund is required by law or approved by us, delivered or consumed Credits are non-refundable.
- We may adjust the price of Credits or the Credit cost of features prospectively; changes do not affect Credits already in your balance.
Refunds and disputes. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with the PayPal transaction identifier. Refunds are provided where required by applicable law or otherwise approved by us. Any statutory withdrawal, cooling-off, or non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected. A refund, reversal, or chargeback may result in the corresponding Credits being deducted and/or Premium access being shortened or removed. Opening a dispute through PayPal does not prevent you from contacting us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within Qiflow — including UI design, graphics, interpretive text, and proprietary algorithms — is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Qiflow to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- Transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service;
- Access the service through automated means without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qiflow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through app settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
